Operating procedure
We provide a general guideline to make it easy for you to place an order with us.
We only do Business to business, no retail
Access to catalog and prices: Send us your Tax ID and business information through contact us and then we will give you access to full catalog and prices section.
First time buyers: For first time buyers call us and tell us what kind of business you have so that we may recommend new and hot items you could sell in your business. unless you all ready know what you want send us a purchase order through fax or email.
Payment:Customer must send full payment upon confirmation of order. A 1.5% discount rate will be applied on purchases paid with money orders and wire transfers
Do not put any credit or debit card numbers for us to charge you for a purchase on this forms, We will never ask your private information or card number via email or phone. Any credit or debit card Information must be fax to this fax only 1(956)723-1077
Minimum order: Thier is a minimum of $850. If you are a new customer that wants to purchase our crafts but dont want to do this minimum do that you want to try the product first give us a call we will lower our minimum.
Time of delivery:
- Single pallets leave our warehouse in one or two weeks.
- For medium and large retail organizations orders we don't supply your order from our onstock products we manufacture all your order, Trailer boxes start to leave our warehouse depending on what we agree. It takes four to six weeks from purchase order so that we can start sending up to 2 trailers daily from our distribution center.
Nurseries and stores owners:
- For nurseries we count with a great variety of Pottery ,clay chimineas as well a great selection of iron plant stands,arbours,fencing and much more.
- For home decor stores check our wine racks section and our iron furniture.

Transportation:
For customers who need full trailer box If you would like we could quote you a tranportation price. Please mail us your information in the contact us and we will send you a quote. please say what size of trailer box that is needed
